The internal structure of the optical cable splice box is stable, and a few points are summarized as follows:
1. Support frame: it is the main body of the internal components.
2. Optical cable fixing device: used for fixing the optical cable and the base and fixing the optical cable strengthening element.
3. Optical fiber placement device: It can store optical fiber connectors and remaining optical fibers in an orderly manner. The length of the remaining optical fibers should not be less than 1 meter, and the winding diameter of the remaining optical fiber reels should not be less than 35mm.
4. Optical fiber connector protection: Put the heat-shrinkable protective sleeve on the fiber core fixing clip in the storage tray, or use silica gel fixing method.
5. Sealing of optical cable and splice box: Use gauze to polish the joint between the splice box and the optical cable at the entrance of the optical cable and the base. Clean the polished part with detergent, paste aluminum foil on it, then place the heat-shrinkable tube at the cable inlet of the joint box, and heat it slowly with a blowtorch in the way of first the middle and then both ends, so that the entire heat-shrinkable tube can be completely shrunk.
