1. For the optical cable entering and exiting the splice box, the strengthening core and the bracket should be able to withstand a tensile force of 1000N, but the structure of some manufacturers can only be called a "device", which cannot achieve the fixing effect that can withstand the tensile force.
2. The radius of curvature of the splicing plate of some manufacturers is less than 37.5mm.
3. In order to reduce the cost, some manufacturers choose inferior materials or recycled plastics for the shell material of the joint box, which finally leads to severe cracking of the shell after the joint box is impacted by low temperature.
4. The fixing clips of the outer sheath of the optical cable in the joint box are poor in workmanship or improperly selected to achieve the fixing effect.
