The terminal box series products are auxiliary equipment for terminal wiring in the optical fiber transmission communication network. The terminal box is mainly used for fixing the optical cable terminal, welding the optical cable and the pigtail, and storing and protecting the remaining fiber. The physical and mechanical properties of the terminal box are relatively good, and various physical properties can be tested. Tensile test detection: The terminal box and an optical cable should be able to withstand an axial tensile force of not less than 500N, and between the terminal box and any wiring pigtail can withstand an axial tensile force of not less than 5N. Flattening test detection: All sides of the terminal box body should be able to withstand a vertical static pressure of not less than 200N. Torsion test detection: the terminal box should be able to withstand the torsion angle.
The material used for the parts of the terminal box should have anti-corrosion properties. If there is no anti-corrosion property, it should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment; its physical and chemical properties must be stable; various materials must be compatible and compatible with the optical cable sheath and the wiring pigtail sheath compatible. To prevent corrosion and other electrical damage, these materials must also be compatible with materials commonly used in other equipment.
