The LPSC-TL17 is an idea solution for FTTx application, the speciality of this inline optic closure is to combine the functions of traditional inline closure for optic fiber cable splice and to add the new function of optic drop cable management, which turns out an new FTTx optic inline closure for aerial deployment and suitable for suburb areas.

This inline optic closure is composed of 2 individual areas, first area is for optic fiber cable management and second area is for drop cable management, which has the advantage of separated areas for installation and maintenance and reduces the risk of optic fiber cable damages.

In the area of optic fiber cable management where optic fiber fastening mechanism and splice tray is equipped, the optic fiber cable is fastened and inlet into splice tray for splice and/or connector with PLC splitter, and then to use a special screw to lock this area as a final process of installation.

The second area will be operated in the maintenance stage when a new subscriber needs to be connected with the drop cable. This stage has no need to process the optic fiber splice or PLC splitter installation, the separated areas secure the operation and are easy for the maintenance.

This inline optic closure is suitable for aerial deployment and especial for suburb or village as every of this inline optic closure supports up to 16 pieces of optic drop cable and every drop cable can be connected with 1 subscriber for FTTx service.
