LPSC-F01 is an compact fiber optic splicing and patching closure which is designed for FTTx application and for outside plant environment, this inline optic closure is capable for 12 cores optic fiber splice, this optic closure is suitable deployment in aerial and wall applications.
As most inline optic closure focus on middle to large optic fiber count application, there are concerns in small optic fiber count can not have proper solution as the dimension of inline optic closure may cause problem to limited space of installation, and not economic to deploy optic closure which is more optic fiber splice capacity than actual need.
LPSC-F01 is particular for small optic fiber splice capacity which is capable of up to 12 cores splice, and the compact design is the advantage of this inline optic closure which makes installation in limited space, and also this optic closure can be deployed in aerial and wall. The function of LPSC-F01 includes fiber optic fiber protection and management, this inline optic closure has 2 pieces cable ports on each side ( 2in / 2out) and each cable port is for inlet of optic fiber cable with max 10mm diameter, the internal space is well design for optic fiber management.
This inline optic closure is IP67 rating, which can be deployed in both underground or above ground environment, and this optic closure is made by good quality of engineering plastic material, the designed service year is up to 25 years which effects the reliability in fiber optic network.

Fiber Splicing and Heat Shrink Protection
① Put an optical fiber protection sleeve on each fiber that goes in or out.
② Splice the fibers with the same sequence number together.
③ After splicing a fiber, do not shrink it immediately. Temporarily secure it on the splice tray. Once it passes the testing, shrink it and embed it into the corresponding slot. Follow the above method to splice the remaining fibers.
