This inline closure model NAP-24FK is developed to meet the requirements of ODN (Optical Distribution Network), this device is suitable to be used in last mile construction which is to combine the function of aerial optic closure and optic termination box to provide the function of optic fiber cable termination and management, the installation of optic PLC splitter and the connection of drop cables.

 

This NAP-24FK is equipped with 2 pieces of optic fiber cable ports for max 12mm diameter optic fiber cable inlet and 24 pieces of drop cable ports with which each port can install diameter 3mm or 3x2mm drop cables.

 

Inside of this model inline closure supports 24 cores optic fiber splice and 24 pieces of SC adaptor and same no. of drop cable outlet, the design of buckle block fastening effects this inline closure is easy to be opened and excellent IP 67 rating, which is perfect solution for high moisture environment and outside plant, this closure is made by excellent quality of engineering plastic which is capable of against the attack of environmental factors such like temperature changes, moistures, UV and impact, this inline closure is designed for lifespan 25 years and provides good service quality in the period of service.

Installation Preperation

Sealing of Closure
  1. The installation of the fiber splice tray should be neat, and the bending radius of the fiber should meet the requirements.
  2. The internal fasteners should be tightened.
  3. The amount of sealing tape should be reasonable.
  4. The sealing fitting should be placed flatly in the corresponding slot of the fiber optic closure.
